Great Time

Hey all,

So I just wanted to say how great it was to be in Mexico City with each and everyone of you. I'm really looking forward to seeing everyones projects and wish you all luck.

Good Resource National Domestic Violence

Good morning,

I came across the website for the Battered Women's Justice Project, www.bwjp.org and they have some very robust and interesting articles. One in particular is Practical Implications of Current DV Research: For Law Enforcement, Prosecutors, and Judges
by Andrew Klein, for the National Institute of Justice. It's National data, but very insightful. It's located on the www.bwjp.org homepage on the right-hand side under "featured resources."

Hope this helps!

Awesome time in La Ciudad

Hello fellows, mentors, friends and family....welcome to the 2009 Emerging Filmmaker Fellowship Program blog. You can add this blog, www.EFFP2009.blogspot.com to your list of favorites to follow along on our journey of passion as each of us create a short film for this program.

Having just returned from Mexico City, I personally, am humbled beyond belief. I am in a place where few are fortunate enough to be and it's amazing. In the 2.5 days I was in Mexico to meet the Mexican team, I listened, asked questions, learned and grew, in ways I never imagined.

I am truly blessed and beyond thankful for this opportunity. Please use this blog as a journal, add photos and advice, a sounding board, a place where you can turn to with your questions and communicate your experiences while partaking in this incredible journey.

See you all on the other side,
Caroline
